Function and Feature Introduction:
(1) By adding nitrogen to PET bottles, it increases the internal pressure, removes oxygen, reduces the weight of the bottles, and uses lightweight bottles.
(2) Vacuum (lower than 1×10-5 mba) insulation and heat preservation - extremely low daily evaporation rate, reducing operating costs.
(3) The nozzle is protected by dry nitrogen positive pressure (nozzle blanketing system), preventing outside air from entering and causing frosting and ice blockage inside the nozzle, achieving true non-freezing and maintaining a stable liquid nitrogen flow and direction, without being affected by the positive pressure of the purification workshop or the wind generated by the high-speed operation of the filling and sealing machine.
(4) The liquid nitrogen level is controlled by a liquid level probe and a vacuum pneumatic low-temperature proportional regulating valve to maintain a stable level and improve the accuracy of filling.
(5) By reading the filling and sealing machine speed, the filling volume (opening degree%) is automatically compensated according to the pre-set program and automatically adjusted.
(6) The soft filling technology is adopted to avoid the rebound, splashing, evaporation and boiling of liquid nitrogen during filling. This reduces the loss of liquid nitrogen and the generation of high and low pressure products, saving costs.
(7) It supports Chinese and English languages, allowing for real-time switching.
(8) It has an air-liquid separator function to keep the outlet as pure liquid nitrogen.
(9) It has the function of automatically tracking the speed and position of the filling and sealing machine.
(10) It has a communication function with the filling and sealing machine.
(11) Under speed changes, the filling flow will be automatically adjusted. The adjustment of the flow, that is, the opening degree percentage, will be automatically switched according to the pre-set menu to ensure that under speed changes, based on the parameters set during trial production, the actual filling volume is automatically changed, thus achieving different filling volumes and ensuring uniform pressure of the products under different speeds.
(12) The advanced and scientific liquid inlet valve design features a bellows compensator and an air seal device, extending the service life of the machine.
(13) It adopts a unique valve needle design with a pressure reduction device to reduce the filling pressure.
(14) The minimum number of wear parts, the valve needle has a lifespan of over 10 years and does not require replacement.

1. Liquid nitrogen: Operating pressure 2.5 - 3.0 bar
• Minimum working pressure 2 bar - maximum 6 bar
2. Gaseous nitrogen: Operating pressure 4 bar, maximum 8 bar
Working pressure: Minimum 8.0 bar, maximum 14.0 bar, 100 Nm3/h
3. Steam for heating/sterilization: 20 kg/h, minimum 2.5 bar, maximum 10 bar, steam 132 - 138°C (actual usage 2.0 - 2.4 bar)
4. Nitrogen for drying: 50 - 100 cubic meters/hour, 6.0 bar
5. Liquid nitrogen for production: Minimum 25 kg/h (2/3 as liquid, 1/3 calculated as nitrogen)
During continuous production, LIN supplies P = 1.5 - 2.0 bar, without bubbles, and nitrogen supplyP=6,0 bar。
 The installation power of the 230V 50Hz power control cabinet is 16A/2KW.
