When the package containing the item is placed on the conveyor belt, the sealed part of the bag is automatically fed into the space between two moving sealing belts and brought into the heating zone. The heat from the heating block is transmitted to the sealed part of the bag through the sealing belts, causing the film to melt and soften. Then, it passes through the cooling zone, where the surface temperature of the film is appropriately reduced. After that, it is rolled by a knurling wheel (or printing wheel) to bond the upper and lower plastic films of the sealed part and press out a mesh pattern (or print a logo). Finally, the sealed package is conveyed out of the machine by a guiding rubber belt and the conveyor belt, completing the sealing operation.
