Scope of application of the product
Real-time monitoring of internal pressure of cans and PET bottles after liquid nitrogen filling, as well as pressure detection after filling other carbonated products. It can quickly detect and eliminate unqualified products and provide audible and visual alarms. Users can monitor the front-end equipment's normal operation at any time. If unqualified products enter the market and cause adverse effects, continuous elimination of unqualified products can promptly indicate issues with the front-end equipment. The system can be set to automatically stop the front-end equipment to minimize further losses. Additionally, this detector facilitates user debugging of the liquid nitrogen machine's filling volume, allowing for determination of whether the internal pressure meets standards without damaging the can body.
Product Features
This detection system utilizes Siemens PLC and high-precision dynamic tracking sensors. The sensors are capable of detecting minute pressure changes, and through PLC calculation and comparison, provide timely judgment results, achieving real-time monitoring for each tested product that passes through. The detection accuracy of this equipment is more than 10 times higher than traditional methods for curved surface detection.
