Real-time monitoring of internal pressure in cans and PET bottles after liquid nitrogen filling, as well as pressure detection after filling other carbonated products. It can quickly detect and eliminate unqualified products and provide audible and visual alarms. Users can monitor the front-end equipment's normal operation at any time. Unqualified products entering the market can cause adverse effects. When continuous unqualified products are eliminated, it can promptly detect and warn of issues with the front-end equipment. It can be set to automatically stop the front-end equipment function to reduce the expansion of losses. Additionally, with this detector, users can more easily debug the liquid nitrogen machine's filling volume, without damaging the can body, to determine whether the internal pressure meets the required standards.
Product Features

The sensors are capable of detecting minute pressure changes, and through PLC calculation and comparison, provide timely judgment results, achieving real-time monitoring for each tested product that passes through. The detection accuracy of this equipment is more than 10 times higher than traditional methods for curved surface detection.
