To enhance the quality of milk powder and protein powder and extend the shelf life of the contents in the cans, our company's technical staff, based on the actual needs of our customers, have developed and researched a new-generation equipment that features automatic can feeding and ejection, automatic vacuum pumping, automatic nitrogen filling, and automatic can sealing, building upon the foundation of the single-station automatic can sealing machine. The filled cans are sent to the sealing head via the can-feeding claw. When the can-supporting mechanism rises, the sealed container undergoes vacuum pumping and nitrogen filling in sequence, followed by the first and second sealing processes. After the cans are sealed, they are knocked down by the can-knocking mechanism and pushed onto the conveyor belt via the can-feeding mechanism.
The main electrical components include Mitsubishi's PLC, frequency converter, and proximity switch, as well as Siemens' analog output and solenoid valve. The electrical engineer of our company has designed a reasonable configuration. The entire production speed can be set on the touch screen according to requirements. All common faults will automatically trigger an alarm and provide the corresponding fault reason and location. Based on the severity of the fault, the PLC automatically determines whether the main machine can continue to operate or needs to be stopped.
The entire machine boasts an aesthetic design, stable operation, consistent vacuum and nitrogen filling values, and a high degree of automation. The main operating parameters can be adjusted on the touch screen, and the entire production process takes place within a sealed chamber, adhering to hygiene standards for food production that ensure no contamination.
